a deep-dive intensive or retreat
real connection with a others who are “doing the work” in a group setting (coming soon)

Therapy & Coaching Sessions
€150 PER 50-MINUTE Individual SESSION
€168 PER 50-MINUTE Couples sessionplus VAT/IVA, if applicable
(limited sliding scale spots, Based on availability)
Each session includes:
optional pre-session check-in form
mind mapping to support IFS parts work (when applicable)
15 minutes of optional contact between sessions
automated reminder emails
Coaching versus Therapy: Coaching is primarily focused on getting unstuck in the present to move forward towards your goals, while the goal of therapy is to explicitly heal the past to be able to get unstuck in the present.
(Therapy sessions are available for residents of Colorado and residents of countries whose regulations allow for the practice of therapy with my credentials, including Spain. Please contact me if you have any questions.)

Additional fees for planning lodging & TransportationI offer half- to full-day Internal Family Systems (IFS) intensives - much like the popularized therapeutic psychedelic experiences, but without the substances.

work with IFS either on your own or with a therapist or coach
want more space and time to go deeper
feel blocked or that you have reached a plateu
