I’m Virginia - therapist & therapeutic coach for men and international couples.
I spent years trying everything I could think of - from therapy to meditation to [insert wellness trend here] in order to feel at peace with myself and with life. But in the end, I saw that I was actually just perpetuating the war with myself. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in that war and also how to get out of it.
In our work together, you will learn that the battles you feel stuck in make perfect sense and how to finally call a truce. You will receive warmth, groundedness, and honesty, as well as a deep respect for the work you’ve done up until now.
From there, I use a combination of mindfulness-based psychology and Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work to help you understand the real needs you have been trying to meet, gain insight into why you haven’t been able to meet them, and create the conditions to address them more easefully and effectively.
When we are able to be with ourselves, right where we are, we are able to find a deeper sense of choice and efficacy in how we show up in the world.

I offer half- to full-day Internal Family Systems (IFS) intensives - much like the popularized therapeutic psychedelic experiences, but without the substances.
