About the Workshop
You will leave our time together with a meaningful understanding of IFS parts work as well as a new-found ability to connect and communicate with yourself.
During this four-hour container, you will:
Learn the basics of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model
Explore an area of your life you would like to understand more deeply and navigate better (it could be a decision you're facing, issues related to family/friends, a career question, etc.)
Be guided through a process that goes beyond self-awareness to facilitate true connection and communication with yourself (for many, in a whole new way than you've ever experienced!)

Is it right for me?
This workshop is designed for people who either:
are completely new to Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work, or
have read about it and are interested in applying it in their own lives in a group setting
The focus of the work shop is on learning through doing, which means the focus is on getting to know your own internal system and applying tools that you can use to connect more meaningfully with yourself and with others.
“[Virginia is] incredibly supportive, explains concepts and practices in a way that’s easy to put them into action, and is just a genuinely caring person. Her demeanor is down-to-earth and approachable, and I appreciate that she doesn’t rely on flowery, new-age ways of speaking and interacting. I found her approach practical without being cold and thought-provoking without being overly esoteric. She gently pushed me to explore new ideas that led to a lot of personal growth.”
